RATES + BOOKING POLICIES

MINIMUM STAYS

Two-night minimum stay in June 2024 $225+hst and MAT tax per night  or $1400+hst and MAT tax for a week for a maximum of 4 adults per cottage.

Renting Friday to Friday July and August 2024 

$1400+hst and MAT tax for a maximum of 4 adults per cottage.

Two-night minimum stays during off season months (starting after Labour Day Weekend).  $180+hst and MAT tax per night for a maximum of 4 adults per cottage.

**A local Municipal Accommodations Tax ("MAT") of 4% is charged on the room rate. This is a mandatory municipal tax that supports tourism infrastructure and marketing development.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

We require a credit card and a nonrefundable and nontransferable 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance can be paid one week prior for a contactless check in or upon arrival.
