RATES + BOOKING POLICIES

MINIMUM STAYS

Two-night minimum stay $225+hst and MAT tax per night  or

One week stay discounted $1400+hst and MAT tax 

Maximum of 4 adults per cottage.

** cottages are small (350sq/ft)

**A local Municipal Accommodations Tax ("MAT") of 4% is charged on the room rate. This is a mandatory municipal tax that supports tourism infrastructure and marketing development.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

We require a credit card and a nonrefundable and nontransferable 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance can be paid one week prior for a contactless check in or upon arrival.
