Do you have a waitlist?
Although we are unable to maintain a waitlist, we do frequently get cancellations. If you’re flexible on dates keep checking the availability calendar!
Can guests check-in early, or check-out late?
We cannot guarantee an early check-in or late check-out due to the high turnover of our guest stays. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am.
What is the maximum occupancy room available?
The cottages are small (350sq feet) and sleep a maximum of 4 adults
Can I use your amenities before or after I check in/out?
Yes, guests are welcome to use the amenities we offer on day of check-in and check-out.
Are you family friendly?
We welcome everyone to Black Horse Motor Inn but please keep in mind that while we certainly do welcome babies and children, we designed Black Horse Motor Inn to be an adult oriented experience. Please be respectful of this!
Can we park our car on site before check-in if our room isn’t ready yet?
Yes, anytime after 12:00pm. On the day of your arrival you will receive a text message from our on-site team. Once you have that number, text them to let them know you will be arriving early with your car and they will direct you where to park.
How many cars can park per cottage?
Parking is for one vehicle per cottage. Any extra vehicles will be charged $25/night pending approval since we are limited on parking, please send us an email at blackhorsemotorinn@hotmail.com if you require more than one parking spot to guarantee the extra parking.
Do you allow pets?
Pets are permitted in only one of our five cottages, please send us an email to ensure the pet friendly cottage is available. A $30 pet fee will be charged per night upon approval. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up all pet feces. All pets must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations, all other vaccinations, and heart worm prevention. Topical flea and tick repellent application three (3) days prior to arrival. The cottage owner assumes no responsibility for illness, injury or death that humans or pets may incur while on the premises.
Is the property wheelchair accessible?
Because our property was built years ago, the building codes back then were not up to today’s standards, so unfortunately the cottages are not wheelchair accessible. If you have any mobility concerns, please send an email to blackhorsemotorinn@hotmail.com so we can chat more.
