Refunds by Mail, or Exchanges and Refunds in-store are valid within 30 days from the original order date. Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached, accompanied by the invoice.

Please allow 48 hours upon receipt of your order confirmation for your order to be processed. During peak sale periods such as Black Friday, order fullfilment time may increase.

Once processed, your order will be forwarded to our carrier for shipment. Our 48 Hour service runs Monday-Friday.
